Dynamic prediction of bleeding event model: when the patient starts using anticoagulant or anti-platelet drugs, the model will predict and evaluate the risk of bleeding the next day based on daily indicators. If the patient has a bleeding event and the drugs are withdrawing, the model will stop, and when the treatment restarts, the prediction will be restarted
