The segmentation results of each model were visualized on the validation dataset of Brats2021 using the ITK-SNAP [46] software. The red area in the figure shows the necrotic tumor core (NCR—label 1), the green area shows the peritumoral edematous/invaded tissue (ED—label 2), and the yellow area shows the GD-enhancing tumor (ET—label 4)
