  3. • E-code in the set of {X00-X09, X76, X97, Y26}.
  4. • E-code is X47 while any of the N-codes is within T20-T32.
  5. • Any of the N-codes is within T20-T32 while simultaneously any of the other N-codes is within T58-T59.
