Integrating HPO terms from PheNominal into patient notes as RTF tables. a HPO terms are stored as two discrete SDEs: one, a JSON-formatted payload containing date and version information, and the other, b a simplified RTF table intended for use in clinical notes. Including the SmartLink “.chophpo” in a clinical note pulls the preformatted RTF table with annotations into the note itself
