Recommenders (the people carrying out the search or evaluation process and who make a formal recommendation for or against a purchase)

Economic buyers (The individual or group who controls the budget and makes the actual purchase)

Employer (buyer) and product owner (during development of the product)

Decision makers (The person or group ultimately responsible for the choices in (1) design and (2) purchase decisions. Usually, they have ultimate control over the budget.)

HR advisors and company doctors (these stakeholders have knowledge about laws and regulations (to prevent from obstruct the process of purchasing a product) and advise which interventions to buy/implement.

Saboteurs (the people and groups who can obstruct or derail the process of searching, evaluating, or purchasing a product.)
