*Case lost by RT-NISS algorithm because the case was diagnosed as mild urinary system infection (2 days slight muddy urine and fever for 1 day); there was no urine culture or antibiotics use.
**Among 5 cases, one case was lost by RT-NISS algorithm*; the other 4 cases were RT-NISS algorithm prewarned NI alerts, but were not confirmed by the ICPs because the clinical information provided by RT-NISS was insufficient.
