The feature set is constructed by augmenting the frequency-based feature set with a popular relation-type ontology, BioInfer. The underlined features represent ones existing in both the frequency-based set and BioInfer. The bold features represent ones existing in the frequency-based set but not in BioInfer. Lastly, the italic features are ones existing in BioInfer but not in the frequency-based set.
